We work on a first come, first serve basis, and require a deposit and signed contract. Your wedding date is secured once those are received. Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a booking deposit and signed contract.

To secure coverage for your wedding day, aim to book 12-18 months in advance, especially if you're planning a wedding during peak season (like weekends in the spring or fall). 

Yes! We are available for travel both domestically and internationally. Travel fees may vary depending on the distance and logistics involved.

The number of photos in your wedding gallery will vary based on the hours of coverage booked. On average, you can expect to receive anywhere between 1,000 to 2,000 images. You can conveniently download your images in high resolution and web size.

Unlike other wedding videographers, we provide a full-length HD film of your special day. You will receive a 3-5 minute trailer, full ceremony coverage, and full reception coverage.

Of course! If you’ve saved ideas from Pinterest or Instagram, send them our way. We’ll use them to get a feel for your style, whether it’s romantic, editorial, or completely candid. We'll then add our creative touch to make it personal to your day.

Most of our couples tell us they’re a little camera-shy at first and that’s perfectly normal! Our approach is relaxed, natural, and fun. We’ll give you gentle direction when needed but mostly focus on capturing the in-between moments like the smiles, glances, and genuine emotion that make your story real.

Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, we are happy to provide it upon request.
